New educational approach of innovative technologies and eco-advances in the marble industry
The project objectives are:
To anticipate the job-related requirements of the future managerial occupations more effectively in order to improve the transfer and use of new and existing knowledge on further skills needs among partner countries.
To create a common qualification framework that will result in better qualified professionals involved in top and middle management in the European and Turkish marble industry.
To develop new methodologies and learning tools based on MOOCs for re engineering the training process targeted to the existing and aspiring managers from marble industry.
To promote growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion as well as tackling socio-economic changes relating to changes of the marble sector and contributing, through talent and innovation, to the enhancement of competitiveness of the Marble Companies, and responding to skills mismatches at sectoral level. By doing so, the project will be consistent with the implementation of the European policy agenda.
